QV1 Building Perth
During 2009 the QV1 building at 250 St Georges Terrace went green – URIMAT waterless urinals were installed on every level of the 40 levels. The owners of QV1 INVESTA said,sustainability means adopting business strategies and practices that meet the needs of the Group and its stakeholders today, while protecting the human and natural resources that will be needed into the future.

Durack Centre 2, Perth Awarded
Property Council of Australia award the Durack Centre in Perth as "overall winner"
The
Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) has awarded Western Australia's
first 6 Star Green Star - Office Design v2 rating to Stockland's new office
building at 2 Victoria Avenue in Perth which signifies world leadership for
sustainable office design. Located on the Swan River, the four level 7,200m2
office building includes a range of innovative environmental solutions,
including waterless urinals supplied by URIMAT-Australia.

Perry Lake Sporting Facilities
The
2009 update of the Perry Lakes Sporting facility included a suite of
energy and water saving devices including URIMAT waterless
urinals and, solar panels on the roof, flow controllers and timers on
all taps were installed.
"This
is a great example of a facility that has been designed in close
consultation with the target users," the Sport
and Recreation Minister Terry Waldron said
